What counts as a query?
One MCP tool call or one REST API request returns one query toward your daily/minute limit.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard is built around alerts and subscriptions — track specific targets, get notified when new negative findings appear. Premium adds the analytics layer: target tractability scores, modality coverage maps, failure timelines, and cross-modality correlations. If your workflow is “monitor specific targets,” Standard fits. If it's “understand the failure landscape across many targets,” Premium fits.
Why is there no seat minimum on Premium?
We didn't want to gate the analytics layer behind a multi-seat purchase. Individual computational chemists at large pharma often pay for tools themselves. One Premium subscription gets the full analytics suite without needing to sell internally first.
What's the difference between Premium and Enterprise?
Premium gives you analytics built on public-database coverage. Enterprise adds deep curation — agent-curated extractions from full-text papers, supplementary materials, conference abstracts, and patents — for thin-coverage modalities.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current period. Annual subscriptions cancel at the end of the annual term (we don't pro-rate annual refunds except via the 30-day policy below).
Do you offer free trials?
No free trials on Standard or Premium — the free tier exists for evaluation. Install it, run real queries, then decide. The 30-day refund provides effective trial coverage after subscription.
Do you offer academic discounts?
Yes — academic users get 50% off Standard. Email team@nullary.ai with your .edu address for the code. Premium and Enterprise discounts case-by-case.
30-day full refund. If Nullary isn't useful for your work, email team@nullary.ai within 30 days of your first payment on Standard or Premium and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. Includes credit for queries already run.
