Confidence: 1.0 = deterministic extraction from a structured source; 0.85+ = LLM-extracted with adversarial verification.
Tier: Curated = dose-response / human-curated negatives. Screening-grade = high-throughput single-dose inactives — real, but noisier and ~10× larger. The demo defaults to curated.
Source & license: Which public database the record came from, and its redistribution license (CC-BY-SA 3.0, public domain, etc.).
Provenance: Every record links back to its original DOI / PMID / URL.
Modality: Which therapeutic category the record belongs to.
